The same principle as a pile but in this case is not made of steel and concrete, is fabricated with High Performance Geotextiles without seams, filled with a given material and placed  inside the unstable ground which will sediment from the platform above the stilt. 

Due to its draining capabilities it generates an impressive vertical drainage that allows faster settlement which are beneficial for the security of the project before it begins.  In this way it is possible to do two things at once, settling the ground and  stabilizing  it immediately.
